Delete your account

You can delete your Linguanda account at any time.

In the app

1. Open Linguanda and go to Profile.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
3. Confirm.

This removes your account and everything we store about it online, including your conversation log and your plan record. Learning progress saved on your phone stays on your phone; delete the app to remove it.

By email

If you cannot open the app, email support@linguanda.com from the address you used to contact us and ask us to delete your account. Because we use Sign in with Apple and do not store your name or email, we may need a few details from you to find your account.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Cancel it in iPhone Settings, under your name, then Subscriptions.
